The Tsunami On The Square festival will be held on June 14 th, 2008. Please check in with Chris Boyle, Vending Coordinator for the location of your booth. Set up at 9:00 AM – festival kicks off at 12 Noon and runs until 11 PM.

Rules and Regulations
Note: This is a list of rules and regulations pertinent to vendors using the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza.
Section 107: Booths and Displays
Placement of booths and displays on the Courthouse Park shall be subject to the following restrictions:
1) Conducting no commercial or non-commercial events (i.e., art/craft shows) in which the number of displays exceeds more than 174 10 foot by 15 foot displays or booths or their equivalent as approved by a director. (NOTE: Booths larger than 10 by 15 feet will be charged as two booth spaces by Plaza Manager.)
2)No booths or display spaces will be allowed on walkways north of Bucky O’Neil statue or the I-pavers around the Time Line. No more than a total of 6 booths or display spaces will be permitted on the lawn.
3) No booth or display space will be placed in front of the Veterans Memorial Statue.
Use of Courthouse Grounds: The following rules shall be in force at all times during permitted activities on the Plaza.
(i) Driving of motorized vehicles on the I-blocks is expressly prohibited. Authorized vehicles (those which provide a service for Yavapai County) are exempted.
(ii) Benches and tables are for park visitors and not for artist/vendor use.
(iii) Nothing shall be affixed or tied by any manner to any tree or to the Gazebo. All items must be free-standing.
(iv) No stakes or any other objects shall be inserted into the ground at any location on the Courthouse Plaza.
(v) All Permittees are requested to place their trash in dumpsters only, located at the Southeast corner of the plaza. Public receptacles are not to be used for this purpose.
(vi) No coolers, boxes or other objects with flat bottoms may be placed directly on the grass. Such objects must be placed on supports (i.e., flat boards, etc.) that prevent grass damage.
(vii) The use of hay, straw, or any similar substance is not permitted.
